If you are unhappy with any of our products, please send us an email @gaiasoapsandgifts.com letting us know what the issue is and we will gladly refund your total purchase including shipping and taxes. Please leave us a detailed message on why you are requesting the refund so that we may use this information to improve our products and customer service experience.
Every order is given a tracking number sent to your email address. However, if you have not received a tracking number or have other questions, please email us at gaiasoapsandgifts@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
